The staff were excellent. They overbooked the first night and put us up in a sister hotel for no charge. When I asked about a second night comped because of the inconvenience, they said yes no questions asked. They also made sure we had a room on the non highway side of the hotel which was quiet and nice.
The breakfast wasnt great, the eggs sat out for quite awhile every morning (we were down early for those wondering), and the location within 50 feet of the highway was noisy and not super welcoming.

The lack of cleanliness and generic toiletries. The furniture was in poor condition.
