Everyone there was wonderful and kind, they remembered our names without us having to think about it. The pool was great, the room was organized, the food court was wonderful, they made complimentary cookies?.

The breakfast was very good. The pool and hot tub were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The beds were too firm and it was difficult to maintain the temperature in the room. It was either too hot or too cold.

We liked the location and the breakfast. The room was nice but noisy because of the highway. I wish the receptionist had mentioned this in offering a room choice
