Close to airport & free shuttle. Breakfast was good.
Room was not as clean as expected. Not dirty, but definitely some dust & stale feeling.

Only one night clerk who was having a problem getting the first person in line checked in. We stood there for over 15 minutes just to get checked in. This was after 24 hours of flying and we were exhausted. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was as expected. However the restrooms just off the lobby were dirty and without toilet paper. When I tried to find some to tell, I could not find any staff. The property is starting to age. So okay for a an overnight if you need it, but very understaffed and not well maintained.

Very helpful friendly staff. Clean. Large room.
We were allowed to extend our stay for a reduced price for an additional 8 hours due to a flight cancellation.
Noisy reception area at times since they had a pool table close to the reception desk.
Additional luggage racks needed since there was really no place to open a suitcase as the tables in the room were very weak and narrow.
There was no way to access the room lights on one side of the bed. Lighting in general was not good.
Squeeze soaps and shampoo and conditioner were hard to squeeze then all of a sudden a large glow of the substance came out.

Very modern, clean, super comfortable.
They have even those Mobile Stand Up Desks with Wheels which make it so comfortable to work on the laptop or to have morning coffee while in bed.

The breakfast was nice
We had booked a king room for our anniversary trip, had checked with the hotel prior to arrival if they were available. On arrival they had us downgraded to a 2 bed room, we had paid for a king bedroom and the lady at reception was a little negligent and dint help at all

The breakfast was far better than we were expecting- a really nice assortment of hot foods and typical breakfast cereals, pancakes, fresh cooked eggs, sausages and tea/coffee. It would be hard not to find something for breakfast here, they thought of everything!
