Apartments feature a full living room. The Kimball at Temple Square minute’s walk away and the Salt Palace Convention Center is a 10-minute walk from the property. The nonsmoking rooms at The Kimball at Temple Square offer cable TV and a DVD player, a kitchenette, and all linens. Free toiletries and a humidifier are also provided. Laundry facilities are available at The Kimball at Temple Square. Movie rentals and a guest lounge are all offered. We provide one parking stall per reservation at $15 per day. The price was reasonable and we liked the location, which was convenient to downtown attractions. The TV was nice and large, and let you sign into your streaming accounts.
The property was old and the decor was outdated. The bed wasn't very comfortable, and we needed more pillows. The clock didn't work, so we asked the front desk for a new battery and reset the time, but the clock kept loosing time and was off. We went to shower and let the water run for a long time but it never heated up, so we took cold showers.

We came to do family history and the location is awesome! The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. It’s really an apartment with all the amenities needed for an extended stay.
Fitness room was not well maintained. The equipment was older and not fully functional. The weight machine jams. The water cooler and cup dispenser were empty the entire week we were there.

Great location in center of SLC. We arrived after hours, but easy check in, nice clean (somewhat basic and simple) apartment in a larger building.
Don’t expect it to be styled to the latest fashion!

The room was smelly, it was like a hot furnace. The AC was broken and we were not told about it until we call the manager. We left the hotel in 15 minutes. I would like to get full refund for this hotel stay.

Absolutely superb location to stay in Salt Lake City! It is in city center, walking distance to everything, you do not have to move your car at all (parking available on site). Such a nice historical building, has so much charm. Our apartment was very comfortable, spotless clean. Good bathroom, with all the amenities, very good towels and linens. Small kitchen, with all I needed. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Loved the stay!

The location was the plus of this place. It’s close to Temple Square, downtown area and also to the historic district. The free parking was also nice to have.
It is quite outdated and it needs a lot of upgrades. The sofa bed in the living room was broken and our friend could barely sleep on it. Strange layout and smell of the room, even though it seemed clean. Considering the price, a complimentary breakfast would have been nice.
