Breakfast was delivered on time and was just out the oven.
They advertised a room with fireplace and robes. The fireplace was broken and they were out of robes. Although we were unable to cuddle in robes in front of fireplace after a jetted tub, it was a great stay.

Cute small boutique hotel. they had baked cookies when we arrived! The rooms were so cute and large. It's a quiet place.
meals not available early. We left before breakfast. Hard to get our suitcases up to 2nd floor. No elevator or help for our bags.

We liked that they take breakfast to the rooms. The room was overall clean, and it is fun to have themed rooms.
We went there for the first night of our honeymoon. Many friends talked about this place, so we were very excited. We were not even there when I got a call from a staff that was incredibly rude. She told me I would need to get the key from the lockbox, gave me the number to access it, and then told me where to find the room. The problem is the phone was not working so well, so I could not hear her clearly, and I was still at my wedding reception. I asked her to double-check the number for the lockbox and where it was located, and she made me feel like an idiot for double-checking. She then rapidly told me where to find the room, but I could not understand it very well, since I had never visited their facility before. I asked her to send me the instructions via text, and she said she could not do that - again, in a rude tone.
When we got to the Inn, we found the lockbox, but the code would not work. It turns out I had the right code, but the box would not open. I tried calling their after-hours number, which worked, so they said they would give me a new code. The thing is, the lockbox would not open with the code I had, but also would not change to any other numbers, so a new code wouldn't change a thing. After a long time trying, we got the lockbox to work. I then called the after-hours number and told them we would not need a new code.
We finally got in and tried to look for our room. We could not find the room. I tried to remember the instructions I had received on a poor-quality phone call from a rude staff member, but we could not find it. I tried calling the after-hours number to ask for instructions on how to get to the room, and nobody picked up. I tried calling over 10 times, and nobody ever answered the phone. This was not even 11 pm, and they would not pick up the after-hours phone.

The breakfast was very tasty and served hot. The staff was very prompt in their response, even during after hours! There was clear guidance to access the facility on my arrival at around midnight.
There was no air conditioning on hot days.

Location to SLC Temple
The advertised room was selected for the fireplace and the whirlpool tub. The fireplace did not work. They knew it when I asked this was part of why we wanted this room.
It was freezing at night and the little space heater they had in the closet did not work
This place is not staffed past 10 PM so we froze all night. There were no extra blankets in the room or anywhere to be found.
It was old… And not in a good way. It was vintage, but there were also things that were just plain old -old.
We rented here for a romantic couple of days and would never do it again.

Cute building and area of the city.
My check-in time was approved by them via the booking app for 22:00-23:00. Even on booking.com there is a description of 24 front desk service. Went there and the door is locked. Check-in person did let me in and said that they have been trying to contact me. I said why? She said that they close check-in at ten. It was 9:20 pm. I said about the approval of check-in time and she berated me in that I should not trust these communication modes and that I should have contacted this facility and given them my contact number. Next day had breakfast I ordered then a mixup as the elderly check-n woman ordered two more breakfasts for me for 8:30 am the next day. So I got 3 breakfasts. The next day, the same mix-up on the breakfast, and she woke me up. And then when I asked for a receipt for the stay, she made a fuss about it like I was putting her out of her way for this. Good thing I got it as this place did not email my receipt.

Back steps were unlit & difficult to maneuver in the dark. Spouse missed bottom steps, fell and broke arm/shoulder. Railing to hold on to would have helped. Souse in asking & convalescing.

Excellent accommodations. A unique.and enjoyable experience. Very friendly staff. Breakfasts were great.
I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast to those seeking an unusual if not romantic experience.
Something happened and the hot water wasn't flowing properly the second morning. I didn't have time to talk to the staff to see what happened.
