Decent location
I didn't like a number of things, but the main thing was the that I received a phone call the night before my stay telling me that they had overbooked and that the room I ordered months ago would not be available. I was traveling from out of state with a friend and she had to stay on an uncomfortable roll-away bed because of their mistake. The person who was my contact at the front desk in correcting their mistake could barely speak English and hung up on me repeatedly as he was trying to figure out how to resolve the issue. The facility stunk upon arrival and out room was nit as clean as it should have been. Overall, a disappointing experience. And, nothing was done to accommodate us or "make it right" for us. I travel to Salt Lake City often and will never stay at that hotel again.

I had the hotel keep our car for the length of our Hawaii vacation which was f days. Taking the shuttle to and from the airport was so convenient. I would use this service again.
