Pool was nice, so was the inside when checking in, it looked very well put together. Great location, everything was 10-20 min away.
Breakfast is very important for my family, when going to the breakfast bar all they had was, boiled bacon bits and microwaved eggs... toast, cereal and oatmeal that was there for friday breakfast and Saturday breakfast. Bacon was not fresh nor eggs, there was no pancakes/waffles, no good fresh fruit. If you are a breakfast person, this place is Def not it. The rooms were decent my TV remote was cracked, there were hardly any channels to watch, but the weather or news, the chair in my room was stained very bad with what who knows, there was old blood on my blanket... yeah pretty disappointed. Would 100% rather pay $200 plus some in another hotel for better room comfort and better breakfast.

The location was nice and convenient, and the place was quiet.
But the place was nasty. Very bad, the bed sheets were dirty and unsanitary, and the towels had someone's hair still on them.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.
The night attendant assured us there would be a 5:00 a.m. shuttle in the morning to the airport and the shuttle didn't happen. We ended up in an uber with another guest and barely made it to our flight. The morning clerk told us we should have arranged the shuttle the night before and we all did. We were very unhappy to have the stress of no reliable shuttle to the airport.

Nothing at all.
We checked in, the rooms were not close together as requested. Our door was wide open with the top part of the door busted and parts laying on a vanity. Our daughter’s room had dirty linens on both beds! The rooms have zero dead bolts & we had a staff member walk in our room at 8am when we were sleeping! Also, the breakfast was not good at all.

The beds were okay and the AC was noisy. Breakfast was good but with less options.
The beds could be better and the AC unit can be quieter.
