Exceptional
The hotel was in a safe area. The employees were so helpful and friendly. Rooms were nice, comfortable and spacious. Although I didnt take part innthe free breakfast it looked great and smelt yummy. There were also cookies and water set out all day for you to have.
The shower took a good minute for the water to warm up and it never really got hot.

I picked the hotel because free parking. Turns out only free during stay.. very expensive to leave car there. Better to stay at airport or stay at a hotel that has free long-term parking.

Terrible service. If you don’t know how to run a business, you should get proper training. I was made to wait 20 minutes, only to be told I couldn’t check in because another guest didn’t show up. I booked and paid — this is ridiculous.

The property was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The shuttle driver was kind.
The room smelled like fried chicken. The carpet and bathroom floors were not clean. The air conditioner was loud. The pillows were like rocks. The staff was friendly however when I went to the front desk to ask about an ice machine the employee was sleeping with his head on the counter. I made noise but he did not wake up. It was about 7pm. The doors to the electrical room were wide open which gave it a creepy vibe.

It was available when I couldn’t get home that evening. The bed was comfortable and a good shower.
It was expensive. The staff were pleasant but had a very heavy accent so the English could not be understood. The pool was closed. The breakfast was well below average, bagels were stale, the eggs were good.

Nothing at all.
We checked in, the rooms were not close together as requested. Our door was wide open with the top part of the door busted and parts laying on a vanity. Our daughter’s room had dirty linens on both beds! The rooms have zero dead bolts & we had a staff member walk in our room at 8am when we were sleeping! Also, the breakfast was not good at all.

This hotel was a great option since it was close to the airport and I would also leave my car there for the week.
Rooms were clean and breakfast was available but I did not eat due to very early flight.
Would have liked to see more restaurants in the area close to the hotel.

The bed and pillow was comfortable.
The bathroom light switch had suspicious hole which may be a camera. My daughter was uncomfortable using the bathroom. The light switch was not flush and had a hole. Not sure why but maybe this should be investigated.

Breakfast was good with a variety of items, the room was spacious enough and quiet during my entire stay. The airport pick up was also done well with good communication between the shuttle driver, front desk and myself.
The meal options were almost always the same the entire time I was there and the cleaning people didn't do a very good job especially as they would clean only when I told them to.

The property was close to the airport, in a safe location. The hotel had recently been freshened up with drywall patching and new paint.
The recent refresh was poorly done, cutting corners on repairs. Very basic hotel

Outlets didn’t work for fridge and microwave but staff did offer to move us to another room.
