The room was very clean
Back door to property was not working, door had to be propped open so while we unloaded the vehicle or else walk aroungd to the side or main doors. Air conditioner rattled all night and did not cool the room. Toilet ran all night, (new flap needed?), what a waste of water.
Ice machine put out very little ice, took about 10 minutes to fill the ice bucket. No outside lights on property in the parking area making it very unsafe. Stayed there the last 3 years when traveling through the area, never again.

When I booked the hotel, they tell us the pool is working when I’ve been there. The pool is not working.

Disappointing
I was stranded at the Salt Lake Airport due to a missed connection so the reduced price was helpful.
The hotel offered a reduced price because the downstairs was under construction, no breakfast room, elevator not working. The refrigerator buzzed and kicked on and off all night so travel with air plugs. They could not guarantee me a spot on the first shuttle to the airport so I had to use a ride share. There is no sign on the building which caused confusion during pick up.

Site is in construction/renovation, strong smell of paint, gravel on the entry, so much dust at the reception, no breakfast, unexistent pool (false advertising on Booking) the breakfast is just bread and coffee (but coffee machines were not working

Absolutely nothing good about this place.
The staff was very very rude the place is under construction and has a very bad smell. Not one good thing about it. The guy up front wanted me to pay him more for my stay.

They did switch me rooms so that was cool could've gave me a discount or took off for putting me in an unclean room but hey ...
All and all just need to work on fully checking rooms cleaning before checking someone in to that room.

Construction caused breakfast to be closed, All they had to offer was packaged hot chocolate, packaged oatmeal.and coffee. Chairs were stacked on tables in dining room.No cups of any kind in the rooms.
