Construction caused breakfast to be closed, All they had to offer was packaged hot chocolate, packaged oatmeal.and coffee. Chairs were stacked on tables in dining room.No cups of any kind in the rooms.

The staff. I pulled up, thought the place was abandoned, drove around the building, there was a crane in the parking lot, building materials everywhere and no other people besides construction workers. I called booking.com and they said indeed there were rooms in the abandoned hotel. Took us over an hour and half to find someone to check us in after a 2 and half hour drive. Because I was upset, the man at the front desk, Ron? Raj? BEGAN TO YELL AT ME for taking pictures of all of the construction going on. He threatened to not give us a room. I said fine, return my money and I will leave HAPPILY. He said no refund and he would call the police. I said please do! I'd love to have a word with them about what was happening. Then he gave me a key and he and the other employees would laugh at me and my 82 year old mother as we walked in and out. Then Sunday morning I heard yelling in the hallway and lo and behold the creepy little man from the front desk had barged in someone's room and seen them naked and ofcourse they were VERY upset. He then threatened to call the police on them as well! Needless to say there were only 2 rooms in the entire hotel with people in them and we were all glad to leave. I took pictures all over the room and property before I left so he followed me and my mother to my car taking pictures of us. It was worse than any experience either my mother and I had ever had and she's over 80! I would definitely not EVER stay there again and I would never recommend booking.com or use the service again as they did nothing to help. Even when I called them CRYING because the front desk man had frightened us so badly.

Location and price were up to my expectations.
The hotel personnel unexpectedly walked in the room in the morning before the check out time without knocking or announcing himself "housekeeping" , then when one of the guests argued in protest, the hotel staff called the police. This was a very bad experience for whatever reason never call the police on your guests unless a crime as been committed.

Room newly renovated was very clean and comfortable.
The hotel is under renovation which was not transparent on your listing!! No one should be staying there until the renovation is completed. None of the amenities advertised on your website were available. No fitness center, breakfast was a joke - because they under construction! The front desk clerk announced my room number while another guest was standing there - a woman travelling alone should never have to experience that lack of judgement and safety.
Take them off the website until renovations are completed.
