Tried the pool the first day we were there, the water was cold, not even luke warm. The hot tub was like warm. The next day we tried the amenities again, and the pool was even colder than the previous day and the hot tub was also not working. We let the front desk know and they called their manager immediately however there was nothing else done on the matter during the rest of our stay. Upper management just apologized but made no other offers for compensation.
The AC was a bit noisy, cleaning staff and other staff would slammed doors at all hours. Elevator was a bit unnerving, started moving before we boarded, we immediately got out and took the stairs. The front desk staff person was friendly however often not at his post or constantly on his phone.

Clean with comfortable beds.
Huge pillows. Couldn’t find one that was comfortable. They’re understaffed. Twice I had to wait for someone to show up at the front desk. There were drunk guests screaming and yelling outside my room at 11:30 pm

The large hot tub and small pool were pleasant. The motel seems new. The price was competetive.. Ron/Haroon (Front Desk) was friendly and helpful. Twenty five dollars per pet per night was acceptable. Parking was lit and plentiful. Perkins restaurant is across the street.
The water pipes are noisy. There's not much sound insulation inside the building. Housekeeping knocked on all the doors whether do not disturb was posted. Doors to laundry and facilities rooms were always open.

Bed was hard, kind of dirty, run out of breakfast foods quickly, had no towels for pool area and were put out to get room towels to use

Inconvenient location if wanting to go into the city, but nice if you just need the airport. Walls are very thin
