Disappointing
Staff was very helpful and did their best to make things good.
Rooms nothing like pictures. very rundown. I had to ask for light bulbs for my room as there were none in most of the lights. Got there and found there is a $150.00 deposit no one said anything about.

Everything about the place was Dirty. Looks like the room I had and I'm sure there are other rooms, hasn't been cleaned for a very long time I originally chose that place because it was a little bit off and thought it was going to be a little quiet relaxing I was tired I've been stuck in salt lake for 4 days now. The staff was rude as hell when I got there to check in and the room that I had was completely disgusting nonetheless half of the rooms on the building across the road from where the office is were boarded up didn't see that on the pictures when I was checking it out it was scary as f*** I couldn't sleep afraid somebody's going to try to break in my damn room that's how how damn nasty that place was looks like meth Central. I didn't even sleep or sit on the bed in there. I took a sheet off of it to draoe over the chair I sat on all night.

He was so filthy that I couldn't even stay there I couldn't even lay my head down there I wouldn't even barely sit on the bed I was there for 1 hour if that the place is absolutely disgustingly filthy cockroaches I didn't even stay there I didn't stay not one night I asked for my money back cuz I ended up going to the hospital that night he told me I couldn't have it 35 minutes after 6:30 so it was a free it was a free room for the whole entire whoever he probably rerented it or something he wouldn't give me back my money I couldn't even stay there was horrible so disgusting cockroaches just filthy
That he wouldn't give me back my money and I didn't even stay there but for an hour maybe 45 minutes to an hour the place was so filthy dirty I didn't even stay there and he wouldn't give me back my money I paid for two nights and he wouldn't give my money back and I had I was only 35 minutes after the time when I for asking to get it back he wouldn't give it to me

This hotel is literally the most disgusting place I have ever seen. The bathtub had paint peeling, stove had no knobs, microwave looked like a fire hazard, holes in the walls. We ckd in an literally ckd out as soon as we aeen the conditions of the rooms. They were supposed to refund our money and have not. Looking to take legal action as well as turn them in to the better business as they are a health hazard and need to be shut down . There online photos are misleading as I took putcures and they show the actual conditions of the rooms. Would never recommend this property
Rooms srunk were filthy did not have working stove, which could cause a fire hazard. Room was completely unacceptable

Everything was dirty, the bathroom, kitchen, and beds were dirty. The room had a terrible smell. My son and I both had headaches within a few minutes. The curtains had blood on them.

I misplaced my OURA ring . My tracker tracks it to hotel room . When I called staff she was rude and mean to me and said it wasn’t there. It still tracks to hotel .

The dirtiness of the room, Horrible, room was filthy, bugs in room, used soap so I'm bathroom, the garbage can had cigarettes and gum in it, the microwave was not cleaned, everything was dirty including the mirrors, floors, and kitchen, it was missing a drawer front in the kitchen, three dresser the drawers was screwed shut, worst hotel I have ever stayed in

Nothing! It's a scary place.
Room dirty. Used comdom wrappers in the bathroom. Black mold. Sink stopped up. No trash can in the room. No remote for TV. Coffee pot didn't work. Omg help me.
The desk guy was so high on weed he was just in a daze. The smell was everywhere. I have never seen anything like this. The guy was like a 3rd world citizen?? Thats the best way I can put it. People smoke weed and we are left to deal with wacked out people. Can't even communicate. Wow!
Stay away from the horrible place.
