How the staff was able to help change our room. Our first room was not a desirable room to be in.
This is a poor motel. We were put into a room that was used for people who were there only to do drugs. There were issues with the bed being broken to where it sagged on one side and the toilet didnt work.

Location was good
The staff was unfriendly and did not want to honor my reservation stating he had no clean rooms, but when I asked to speak to a manager he proceeded to complete my check in.
The grounds are filthy with trash piled up at every waste receptacle and smelled

This was the grossest hotel I have ever stayed at, the room was dirty, the bed cover had fresh stains on them. There was a pill in the heater vent and no toilet paper in the bathroom.

Did not provide breakfast. Most likely because of COVID-19 safety measures which are very understandable but no worries because there was a whole kitchen in my room too prepare anything we liked
Even though my stay was awesome one thing that would have made everything better was more towels and shower supplies. Over all bathroom supplies

The bums hanging around...The trash everywhere...mostly the upstairs neighbors keeping me awake and staff refusing to do anything...at 930...10:00 at night...roaches in the room...black mold...get real !!!

This hotel is very disgusting. It was filthy bugs all over in the tub. Need to call the Board of Health on this hotel. Smells I didnt even stay there. I just up and left after I had already paid for the room.

the first room they offered us had no beds and all the furniture was pushed into the dining area, the room next to it was boarded up, the second room was dirty, cigarette burns on the blankets and overall a dump

Wonderful
The staff was very friendly, from the maids to the manager, they went out of their way to make you comfortable. The room was clean, bright and homey. It was quiet, even though the place was full.
They only drawback, the maid forgot the toilet paper, which in all fairness wasn't all that unexpected because we were early and they rushed to get us a room. When we called and explained it to the front desk, the promptly brought us one and apologized profusely.
