Absolutely nothing really.
It smelled gross the entire time I was there I booked for 3 nights and couldn’t stand it after 1 night. Not to mention this place is infested with ear wigs under everything you touch. I am a pretty understanding person and am by no means fancy so I can understand a couple at first I didn’t mind then I just kept finding them so I finally couldn’t stand it and bought a different hotel room. I asked for a refund and they said it wasn’t possible because it was thru a third party service. I only slept there one night because I absolutely had to after riding my motorcycle 6 hours to the hotel already. I don’t understand why after only one night I couldn’t even be refunded at least 1 night.

Nothing. I feel very deceived by booking.com. The picture and the reviews did not match hotel and location, very disappointed.
Accurate depiction of hotel on your website. Traveling as a single woman I expect accuracy from booking.com as my safety and wellbeing is in their content they post/ reviews of hotels

In the first room, the floor of the room was wet. This ruined a pair of my socks. The heater was turned all the way up and the thermostat said it was 84 degrees Fahrenheit in the room. The combination of heat and wet floors created a very bad smell. The second room had an unclean shower, towels that smelled, and the below window AC unit did not cool the room so I was sweating all night. The property has no elevator so I had to carry a 70 pound bag up stairs. The front door stopped working and would only open 18-24 inches wide. I booked the night of my stay, and the pictures online did not match what I walked into.
