The downtown location is so good, right across the street from the salt palace and easy to get anywhere.
They put us on the top floor which smelled like sewage and we could tell they were doing renos with drywall, the ceiling looked like it had been fixed from something. They kindly put us on another floor. At one point one of the elevators would not work

The location and friendliness of the staff were excellent would definitely book again
No option for free breakfast not even toast and a little bit of food they had in the corner store was marked ridiculously high. No one should have to pay five dollars for a single serve yogurt. I felt like it was in an airport.

The location was the best part of my stay.
I was very disappointed with the bathroom in this hotel. I had NO hot water or water pressure for a shower. When I called the front desk they were not very helpful. I will not stay here ever again.

Outside of our room was a leak in the ceiling and a literal puddle of water. They advertise a hot tub. They dont have it up and running. The staff was short and rude. Its $10 to park in the parking garage. They take $100 deposit which they dont tell u

It was old and a little run down. This is definitely NOT what I would expect from a "3 Star." I've stayed in 2.5 motels better than this. Maybe the only hotel I've ever stayed at that did not have a hot tub.
