Comfortable beds.
They charge $10 per night for parking. They gave us a parking pass that we were to scan each time we entered or left the hotel. The pass didn't work one time, so there was a number to call to get help, and they remotely lifted the gate so we could exit.. Then this morning we left at 10:50 to go home. Our parking pass didn't work again, so we called the number again to get help. The woman very rudely said that we weren't in the system and we would have to come back into the hotel to check in and then check out.. i said we never checked out, and we had until 11 A.M. to still be in the system. My husband said there was a car behind us and we couldn't come back into the hotel.. Shw kept insisting we had to come back in. Fortunately, the man in the car behind us came over and opened the gate with his pass, and we left. We won't ever go to this hotel again.

Loved the room, the lady who checked me in was fabulous.
The front desk agent who told me I couldn't get another parking pass because I didn't leave enough of a deposit and then disabled the pass I did have.

Close to downtown where we needed to be.
The transportation station, heard it all night long. Bed was nothing special or the shower. But it was clean and staff was nice.

Amazing location for what I needed was within walking distance of my event. Friendly staff, Amazing security and friendly prompts maintaince people. Daily room attention.

Extremely good evening staff. I had mix up with booking service. We got it sorted, and I had a good rest.
Bathtub needs re caulk. I would say get rid of single use bottles. And, a manager should be on weekend duty.

The room was fab and v spacious with lovely toiletries and a great fridge size! Excellent location also and parking was super valuable to us.
The staff were bordering on rude. Upon checking in, when I asked re breakfast, it was as if my question was a huge inconvenience to the lady at the front desk. Manners cost nothing and I was v disappointed to have had a rude interaction when checking in as soon as we arrived.
