Beware: building is old, and has functional problems although recently renovated. Worse of all, malicious staffers hired to fix problems harass guests and turn around and lie about guests when brought to the attention of the GM, who is highly unethical.

Rooms are remodeled and they look STUNNING. Everything was very clean. Sheets were very soft and not a single stain bit the CITY VIEW was the cherry on hey cake
Honestly the bathroom sink takes a minute to regulate just cold water. Water gets hot too fast and too easy .

Everything about my stay at the Marriott City Creek was excellent. My room looked good, smelled good, and felt good (excellent mattress and pillows). The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room was clean and comfortable. Beds and shower were good. Good coffee as well
The design of the shower door made for a cold shower and a wet floor. Beds were super comfortable, but the pillows were not. The staff that checked us in was not helpful and a little curt with her answers to my questions.

Great location, perfect for walking around the downtown area. Room was clean, quiet and the view was beautiful
Parking was a bit confusing. I used self-park. It would be helpful if the information on paying for self-park was easier to find or perhaps posted in an obvious place. Lots of us don't want to pay for valet parking.

It was convenient and clean
The beer at the bar was warm because the chilling system was down. Turns out it has been a perpetual issue. Needs to get fixed properly once and for all. We ended up going to a different bar.

The room was beautiful and very modern! We had a great view (8th floor). It really felt like being on vacation. I didn't realize we were across the street from the convention center when I booked but was nice to be close to everything. Paying for parking and no continental breakfast was the only downside. Staff was courteous and helpful. Beds were comfy and hotel was immaculate. My girls were excited there was a Starbucks in the lobby. Enjoyed our stay!
