Disappointing
Location was great. I have stayed there many times as my son is a student of the U of U
1st of all...prices were doubled due to graduation. Then the 1st night the hosted some sort of business convention. People who attended and didn't stay at the hotel literally took up all of the parking which I had to pay per night. We had to circle for 25 min before a space far from the hotel near a dumpster became avail. We had no bar soap in our room. I asked for some & 4 hrs later w a do not disturb on my door, I was awakened by a a series of knocks that sounded like SLCPD was at my door. It was a female employee in a suit. Not necessary to bang like that ma'am- it was just a bar of soap. For what we paid, including parking, this stay will be our last.

not good. Remodeling the main place for breakfast and the replacement option was poorly staffed and food options not great
The elevators were out of service for a majority of time there. Replacing the floor in one and jackhammering going on
