The location was convenient to downtown. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Premises were safe snd secure.
Breakfast was good, but the only hot options and most of the cold options were high in sugar. I recommend offering some plain oatmeal.

it was good for a couple nights, staff was helpful and friendly , location is good, not far from commuter rail stops, well lit.
Not that I didnt like , but It definitely needs a refresh, at least decor, carpets etc. Bed looked newish , a/c unit wasn't in good condition , but room was clean when I arrived. I was on 4th floor and no noise at night, normal travelers , seemed secure.

Comfortable bed but weathered facility. Breakfast had NOTHING freshall bread and wheat products. Great location.
Ragged tattered and torn bed linen. Dirty floors, terrible breakfast.

Convenient downtown location with easy access to restaurants and nearby offices. The stay was smooth and practical for a work trip.
The property is a bit dated and could benefit from some updates. Overall, it was fine for a short business stay but fairly basic.

I'm gluten free so the only option was Quacker Oats packets...not ideal
Hard bed, no one came to clean the room in four days, excessive cleaning agent used in hallways, loud guests late at night one night.

It is run down. The heater in my room was cracked and broken. It did not work but I got in late and there was no one at the front desk to complain to.
