We were able to check in as soon as we made it to town.
The gentleman at the front was acting like we were a nuisance to check in it was very uncomfortable.

The area was downtown
The property was filthy and run down. There was a dirty bed skirt in our room with food all over the bedding. Hair in the bath tub.

Easy to get to from hwy
The string smell of marijuana at the door when you walk in from parking your car! Homeless people hanging out inside and outside by cars. Room was very dirty and smelled like piss

The place was clean and refreshed. The front desk people were very nice. The parking was easy and secure ( gated) its an older location but had obviously been remodeled. Ac worked well. Fridge, microwave and Coffee in room which is always a plus. Clean linens. Close to all the downtown fun. Very reasonable pricing. Breakfast included in stay. Maverick directly across the street for icy drinks, snacks, gas etc. Shower and water was great and roomy inside Shower. Even though the actual toilet Shower area was small.
The mattress is old school coil. I struggled to maintain comfort. Plenty of pillows. But small and old.

The parking lot was hard to find at first. Only one entrance and exit.

The room was close to everything. The attendant was kind. Our room was comfortable.
The area didn’t necessarily feel safe as our parking was in a small gated area which wasn’t aesthetically appealing.

The location
The smell. Super moldy smell. The air conditioner wasn’t working right. WiFi never worked. And the power to the lights all went out. Took about 20 minutes for hot water

The hallways smelled of a sickening sweet smell that seemed like the smell of Meth.
