Most of the staff was very helpful and professional, as being especially kind and helpful.
breakfast was nothing but carbs and sugar, no fresh fruit, no yogurt, just waffles, oatmeal, bread (toast), and orange juice and coffee... some fresh fruit and yogurt would be nice.

Was close to the convention center for my daughter regionals competition
It was not clean. The food was horrible. Staff was not pleasent. Did not feel safe. Nothing worked.

For the price it had EVERYTHING I hoped for...good TV,bed,microwave,quiet,coffee,cleanliness and safety.This place is very well run.Motel 6 could use some lessons from them...I will stay here again!
I wished for friendlier ztaff,but I'm sure they were a bit burned out and so I cut them slack.They were very efficient,

Price, room was clean, the location, breakfast items offered
Furniture in lobby the leather is old, used looking. Tv picture quality not consistent amongst channels. Mattresses should have a cover on them to protect them not just a sheet. Hallways and elevator outdated.

It was horrible 2 guys arguing pre drugs in lobby in front of front desk. Neve ever visit again we had our 8 year old granddaughter with us

No breakfast as advertised. They'll sneak in your room when youre gone, bed bad, tv broken, no wifi, sketchy customers, key gets disabled several times in a visit, noisy, broken things

Waffles were self serve-but if you arrive close to 8:45 there will not be enough dough mixture left. Choice of white bread only along with mini muffins, choice of juice, oatmeal,cereal and milk were offered. In a dining room with local tv playing.

It was clean
They only had 1 handicap room I didn't get it. Toilet was the smallest ever low to the ground. Mold was present in the grout. The housekeeping could not speak any English so you had to play charades and there was electrical problems. Tv sucked.
