Maverick across the street.
Staff person who checked us in was very rude. Our room smelled my humid pee. Sheets were dirty, bathroom was dirty.

It was clean
The bed. It should have been trashed 30 years ago. When you sat or moved on it , it sunk almost to the floor and made a noise like it was filled with brittle plastic. I would have demanded another room，but it was very late and I knew they were full. I can't believe that I paid almost $400 for a bed that bad! I'll sleep in the car before I'll stay in another Quality Inn!

Our room wasn’t cleaned an hour after check in time, we got downgraded and never refunded. The breakfast was bad. The bathroom door was falling off the hinges, and the walls were disgusting.

The location
The room location, close to the lift, close to the back door that leads to the back parking. A nightmare, non stop big bang, way too noisy

Location
Not updated and they lock you out of the building if you go outside for any reason at night. Even with a room key, you still need to get the front desk to respond to let you back in.

bed sheets and towels had holes. Breakfast was non existant. Hotel is run down. Smell of cannabis in the hall. Elevater is shaky. The receptionist was not very friendly and helpful.

Most basic breakfast, nothing more.
Room very old and dark (brown colors not repainted in many years).
Room cleaning every two days only (but they provided the small shampoo bottle for one day).
Water fountain at lobby very loud so that it was difficult to hear the receptionist speaking (also glass screen that blocked the sound from the receptionist). Better remove that fountain.
A school class stayed there at the same time and they were running around in the corridors and having parties in rooms and were really loud during the nights. I woke up at 02:30 AM one night because of the noise.

Breakfast was only waffles and toast. No fresh fruit. Yogurt. Anything like that.
