Construction was an issue, no bell carts available as trash bags were on a couple of them, hallway always smelled of cooking , no air Fresno mitigate the smell, had to clean the leaves out of the spa when we used it, staff saw us cleaning and didn’t offer to help, fire pit was down for a couple of days.

The shower didn’t drain and stayed full for hours. There was also other peoples hair in the shower that stayed there and kept it dirty.

Very clean,comfortable and quiet.The mattress is very comfortable.
The last 2 times I have been there the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast . Now it is just average . Wasnt fond of the sausage patties .In the past you had great links and bacon .

Breakfast was not great. There were few options and with the hotel pretty busy you had to wait for more food to come.
For the price charged I was expecting much more.
For the price charged the accommodations should've been better. It is an old facility and does not offer a lot of things. The room was small compared to others in the area and the breakfast was not so good and not refilled on time.

Great location, close to lots of restaurants and good access to the ski resorts, good facilities, lovely pool and outdoor hot tub

The location is convenient to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, the rooms are easy to access from the parking lot when you're carrying lots of bags. There is a nice heated pool and a jacuzzi. The rooms were clean and in good condition. They have good kitchenettes with a stovetop and full size fridge.
The breakfast wasn't as good as I remembered it from years past, and they frequently ran out of things like coffee or eggs (had trouble keeping up). The hot tub was extremely chlorinated (it bleached our bathing suits).
