Very clean,comfortable and quiet.The mattress is very comfortable.
The last 2 times I have been there the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast . Now it is just average . Wasnt fond of the sausage patties .In the past you had great links and bacon .

We enjoyed the convenience of it's proximity to excellent ski resorts the most. We enjoyed easy access to our room, and we enjoyed the included breakfast buffet. We also enjoyed easy access to several quality restaurants.
The interior of the room is getting a bit tired. Needs a makeover - new cabinetry, updated bathroom area.

the maids knocked on the door at 6:30 in the morning wanting to come in and clean. the front desk was called and responded in a very disrespectful and haughty way. we will never stay there again.(Maids did not speak english).

The staff moved us to a different room because when we opened the sofa bed it was completely broken. We ended up in a disabled room that had a ton more space - so that was great!

The location is great, with a beautiful view of the Wasatch mountains from the outdoor pool. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance.
This hotel is one of the worst of the similarly priced hotels I have visited. The room was dirty. The bathroom had hair all over the floor and in the shower (like they had not been swept or wiped) and a used bar of soap still in the shower. The dishes in the cupboard had not been washed. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The room was stuffy and the temperature was inconsistent throughout the room. The entire hotel is very dated, from carpets to furnishings. I was calling it haunted hotel because it felt like staying in a hotel from a 1980s horror movie. A theoretical advantage is that the rooms are larger (450 sq feet vs ~ 300-350 sq feet) than the similarly priced rooms at the other nearby hotels, but our room was so crammed with oversized and unnecessary furniture that it felt more cramped and claustrophobic than the smaller room we had stayed in nearby earlier in the week. You are better off staying at the other nearby hotels.

After moving us to a clean room, then I'd say the second room Jacuzzi DID NOT WORK - NO ROOM TO PUT IN THE DISLIKES SO ITS HERE
ROOM WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE- HAD A HORABLE SMELL OF FEces toilet paper was in the toilet bed looked like it'd been laid on and was muggy. gave us an alternate room, same layout but charged an extra $ 20.00 on my alternate charge card? & 0 on check out receipt

The location of this hotel is excellent, it's off the highway so it's nice and quiet, but within walking distance of a couple of great restaurants. (SPITZ - YUM!) I felt very safe at this hotel, with key cards required to get into the buildings
