Wonderful
Location was very close to the UTA bus stop which could take you to Snowbird or Solitude/Brighton. Staff were always very friendly and willing to drive to/pick up from the shuttle.

I booked the hotel in wrong dates. I was supposed to book the hotel for Dec 26- Jan2nd, but I booked for Nov26-Dec2nd. when I tried to check in on Dec 26, I realized that I made this mistake and found out that I was charged for one night for no show. The front desk manager considered this situation and gave me discount on the room rate, which was very sweet and made me feel not guilty for the mistake I made.

The kitchen didn’t have an oven but was said to be a full kitchen. The fixtures, cabinets were cheap, no hooks, fireplace didn’t put out much heat, no drawers in. Bedrooms for clothes storage

Our check in was excellent and we were assured we would have a fully accessible room.
When we checked out a day early, upon arriving home we received a new invoice from the hotel with a dog fee. We didn't have a dog with us. I called the hotel several times to resolve the additional charge. Each clerk told me they would find out and call me back. No one called me back ever. One clerk argued with me and she wasn't even there when we checked in or out.

Staff were amiable.
Our room was in a wing that was just finishing remodeling. Our room was known by staff to be not yet ready but we were given the room anyway, without our knowledge it still had remaining work to be done. The electrical outlets by the bathroom sink and in the kitchen area were dead, there was no hair dryer, the microwave was installed when we were in the room, and no phone had been installed.
We were credited one night, but they should have never put us in a room that was not ready, which they already knew but did not tell us.

Construction was an issue, no bell carts available as trash bags were on a couple of them, hallway always smelled of cooking , no air Fresno mitigate the smell, had to clean the leaves out of the spa when we used it, staff saw us cleaning and didn’t offer to help, fire pit was down for a couple of days.
