Disappointing
The room was nice and it was nice to have the kitchen area.
The rooms need updating. The TV system was very old and antiquated. The breakfast was poor. Food was often cold as was the coffee. The last day, I found two English muffins in the case that had mold on them. The toaster didnt work properly. The coffee was often lukewarm.

The front desk failed to communicate correctly what their airport shuttle looked like to 3 different guests. They should have said, Oh , our airport van says courtyard by Marriott. The driver failed to announce what hotel he was picking up for. We waited over 1 hour for shuttle.

Good location and not too noisy next to the interstate The breakfast was okay.
There was an error in the reservation so When I got to the motel early evening I was told that I didn't have a reservation and that I was going to be charged for the reservation because the motel had me as a no-show.

It was convenient.
The air conditioner in my first room did not work. I tried to call the front desk but got no answer. I went down to the desk to report the air conditioner issue and that I had tried to call with no answer. The clerk said the phones werent working.

The room and staff were exceptional.
Be careful! Booking.com actually booked me for the Courtyard Inn which is right across the parking lot. I am not happy with that move as I specifically reserved a room at the residence inn for the free breakfast (with a large family free breakfast is a big deal when traveling.)

The lobby was a construction zone. my arrival was 6:45 on a Friday night and small tools were running. I went to the assigned room and what appeared to be workers were living there (as evidenced by the groceries scattered around the room). Construction dust was present in the air.

Clean, rooms had all the basics,
1 elevator on the back side of the property, sofa bed didnt work, we were not informed that breakfast would be done by 9 and we were given 1 granola bar each. Gym and pool was closed without any info that it would be closed. All in all it was a place to lay your head but we left at 9.30 the next morning to get breakfast.
