The bed was comfortable abd the staff was friendly.
Sadly, it was quite noisy being next to the interstate. My bathroom had hair from another guest still on the floor. The shower ran rusty brown water for the first minute.

I want to commend your agent "Neady" (I'm not sure if I spelled her name correctly). She handled a stressful a situation for me and saved my vacation! She deserves recognition for going above and beyond to provide wonderful customer service. The young lady (Hispanic woman) who checked us in was also very pleasant!! Our accomodations were great. You have a great team and I am truly grateful for them.

Lean and good food for breakfast. Also Bob, the manager was super helpful in answering all our questions with regards to the reservation. They renovated the rooms.
Hallway carpet made the place seem old.

The staff was top tier and reasonable. The new beds paired with cleanliness were top tier actually and helped reduce somme of the blemishes the updating hasn't fully addressed while keeping open to the public. It's a good location on State Street at I - 80. As a corporate traveler it fits, as a family traveler it was a bit more painful without certain amenities like the pool being available. Overall a pleasant experience - breakfast for a continental experience was worthwhile!
Wish the listing would have helped us know about the current renovations, that my kiddos would NOT be able to use the pool - as a caregiver and traveller this made it more difficult to manage expectations for them.

The bed. Lady at the front desk was very sweet.
My TV didn't work at all. Kept getting an error message that said "contact comcast." My room smelt Like it was cleaned with pinesol, but with a mildew/moldy towel. The bathtub had dirt coming from underneath the mat in the tub.
