Rooms were, bright, clean and modern. Simple furnishings but all functional.
Bed made odd noises when we first sat on it, but staff immediately switched us to a different room that had no problems at all. They were very responsive.

Everything about the room was great. Breakfast was exxcellent. The staff was very kind and patient.
There was a problem with bookiong.com sending the hotel my reservation, but the staff there handled it professionally and efficiently. Even though I was upset at first, their professsionalism was exemplary.

The beds and pillows were amazing, super comfy!
Kitchen area in the room extremely handy and neat and tidy.
Room a decent size, storage was suitable.
Breakfast area and food available outstanding! This was way better than we ever imagined it to be.
Laundry was great to have but seemed pointless without having a dryer so we had to drive to a laundromat and wash and dry our clothes which took 1.5 hours.

Noise, noise, noise! AC was incredibly loud. Had to switch it off to get some sleep. When the AC was off, we could hear every car, truck and motorcycle from the highway. Did not get a good night's rest.

Friendly staff and free breakfast. Nice bathroom and large room equipped with all necessities.
Not a great location (tons of backed up traffic the entire time we were there which was not only noisy but made it hard to enter/exit the property). Bed was a bit hard but fine.

The beds were comfortable, the breakfast is decent, the gym had a good variety of equipment and staff were very nice.
The property felt a bit run down. The pool was broken. The bathroom in our room felt a bit dirty upon arrival. The AC unit in our room was extremely loud. We asked multiple members of the housekeeping staff if we could have our room cleaned during a 5 day stay, but it was never cleaned once, even when the do not disturb sign wasn’t on the door.

Very clean and recently updated room. Room floors not carpeted so felt cleaner than carpeted ones. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping services were excellent!
Liked the bathroom light switches with built in nightlights.
Breakfast choices included scrambled eggs and protein (sausage links or patties).
The laundry room dryer (right side) didn't appear to be working properly. Had a medium load of clothes in dryer for 30 mins and after cycle all of the clothing still felt very damp. Had to hang clothes in room afterwards because didn't think another $3 cycle would dry them adequately. I was told by front desk that the left side dryer is better but is was being used when my wash load finished. If the hotel is aware of this deficiency, they need to fix the problem.

Good location and beautiful room, they upgraded us for free because they had space. Rooms are modern. A lot of parking space.
It would be nice if there was a bit more varity in breakfast options, but overall breakfast was good.
