The hotel was extremely dirty, the room was disgusting.
The bed was so worn out, there was mold on the ceilings, whoever did the tile work or construction to it, did a horrible job, tile pieces were missing, grout was all over the place. The whole room was a disappointment. We will not stay there ever again.

Most of the staff was good, breakfast was ok too.
Many things need fixing in general. We had to recode the entry key twice a day to be able to get to our room. The place needs some care and attention.

I loved the free airport shuttle and breakfast. The staff was ver helpful. It was 15 min from downtown and 10 from the airport.
The toilet was very weak in flushing. Not close to downtown attractions

There was cockroaches, the room wasn’t clean, overwhelming smell of cigarettes, and the staff was rude, not helpful at all. I waited almost 5 minutes just turn speak to someone an he said “sorry was playing a game on my phone”

Easy to find off the freeway. Close to the airport. Room was setup nice with wood/laminate floors and was clean. Water pressure was good and shower was hot.
Stayed for 3 nights and had to go to the front desk everyday to have my room key reset. Pool was green with algae so was not an option. There was approximately a 1” gap under the main door to my room which let in light/noise etc. found what appeared to be some sort or water bug (not sure) in the bathtub. It was able to make it into the entry way before I could kill it. Window AC/heat unit could be noisy when turning on making constant volume adjustments on the TV necessary when watching something.

Overall, most of the staff was friendly. The air conditioning/heating unit responded quickly to changes in the settings (but it was noisy).
Maids were not friendly and did not clean the room according to the rules posted (once every three days). Three days in a row, my card key did not work in my door, and I had to go all the way back to the front desk to get it reset. No accommodation or credit was made for this problem. I saw one rather large beetle in my room. The phones did not work and, after reporting, were never fixed. The fan in the bathroom was very noisy and didn't seem to be working properly. Some of the furniture in the room was extremely worn.

It it close to everything I guess
The "continental" breakfast was $8 so we ate elsewhere the drawer in the room never stayed shut, horribly loud rooms, there was eyelashes on the bathroom counter upon arrival, and garbage piled up on the side exit door the whole time

The room key did not work when we got to the room. The TV in the room did not work, the toilet would not flush properly, there was a huge spider in the bathroom with webs, did not feel safe during my stay.

Very old, smelled bad. Bathrooms dark load all down the hallways smokers all around outside cigarette butts everywhere.

Disappointing
The location is the only notable positive aspect of this hotel. Unfortunately, the rest of our stay did not meet even basic expectations.
The property was excessively noisy, making it difficult to rest. Cleanliness was also a concern, with cigarette butts scattered throughout the grounds and the overall upkeep appearing neglected.
Upon arrival, our room was not properly stocked. Essential items such as towels, hand soap, and sufficient toilet paper were missing. After requesting these items twice without resolution, we discovered that the laundry and storage rooms were left unlocked. We ultimately had to retrieve fresh towels, toilet paper, and hand soap ourselves — something that should never be the responsibility of a guest.
The breakfast was also disappointing in both quality and presentation.
Overall, aside from its convenient location, this hotel fell short in service, cleanliness, and basic hospitality standards. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements for future guests.
