Outside of the building looked very nice
Upon walking into our room there was a cockroach crawling up the door. Was able to get pictures of it. The lounge chair leather was all cracked. And we checked under the mattress for bed bugs and seen massive bed stains. We didn’t even put our bags on the floor. We headed to get a refund and the clerk was rude and wouldn’t refund us. Said the manager needed to do that. We called the next day and they said manager still isn’t in and the manager still had not returned our call or refunded us the money. It’s been 10 days so far.

Hands down the worst hotel experience. The second we walked into the room, it smelled horrible — like sweat and dirty feet. We’ve stayed at plenty of hotels all over the U.S. and none have ever been this bad.
There were even people outside the building openly doing drugs, which made us feel super uncomfortable and unsafe. Even though our reservation was nonrefundable, we decided to leave and take the loss — that’s how bad it was.
The guy at the front desk tried to get us to stay by offering a room with two queen beds, but that didn’t solve anything. The whole place was just nasty and poorly run.
Save yourself the headache and spend the extra $20 for a cleaner, safer hotel. We ended up driving 1.5 hours to Montego Bay Casino in West Wendover, NV and had an amazing stay there instead.

Clean with onsite restaurant. Free airport shuttle.
Couldn’t get a room on first floor and had to drag my suitcase upstairs because there is no elevator. After getting into room, I found out that TV and telephone (for wake up call) wasn’t working. FD said that they will come and take care of it. After waiting for 1 hour, I called the FD again and they said that they couldn’t fix it and I need to change rooms and they will bring key. After waiting again for a while I went down to FD and picked up key myself. Now, they suddenly had a room on the first floor and I dragged my suitcase back down. I asked again for a wake up call but never got it in the morning.

Our room had shit all over the place and didn’t look like it was cleaned and the door jam was broken like it had previously been kicked in and they put new door screws and latch in to fix it and that’s it
