Bed was comfortable, ac worked good. Room was clean and had an air freshener in it and smelled so good.
The beds made a noise everytime you got on or off them so that was annoying especially in the middle of the night. Water pressure was horrible, cam out like a limp noodle and had to literally stand directly under the shower head. The handle on the shower just fell back down so you couldn’t figure out what kind of temperature you were at.
Breakfast was a joke, they didn’t replenish any of the eggs, or sausage, milk. The bagel I had was so dry I couldn’t eat it. Coffee was horrible and was like mud our second day. The breakfast that day they never even put out any eggs, sausage or anything like that.

The room was clean, neat and a welcomed sight after traveling for almost 24 hours from Norway.
We waited 45 minutes for a shuttle after a call. Called again and told we needed to wait another hour and 20 minutes! We took an uber to the property and desk clerk was stressed and unwelcoming. She needed more training.

Location was convenient. Check in was easy
Continental breakfast area looked like it was set up then not tended to again the entire time. Went at 8:15 AM and bowls/plates of food sitting on counters, tables were dirty. Found a pair of reading glasses under nightstand so calls into question whether room was cleaned in as much detail as signs claim.

The location is just minutes from the airport with a gas station next to the hotel. The room is surprisingly large and comfortable. The toilet/bath room has a lit sink and vanity next to it then there is a large sink right outside of this small room. I like having the extra space especially when 2 people are getting ready in the morning. They have a free continental breakfast, with plenty to choose from.
Unfortunately, the toilet clogged early in the morning and when I tried to call down to the main desk to report this, the phone did not work. I had to go to the front desk to report and the staff was not apologetic. We left before anyone arrived for repairs.

Had a really long wait for airport shuttle. Staff at hotel did not give clear instructions to shuttle driver on people waiting for a pickup.

I left early in the morning and didn't have breakfast. My bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and I felt comfortable.
