Quiet hotel
Room has a dog smell as soon as you open it. Had to spray to eliminate the odor.
Basic room, bathroom is a little bit tight. Toiletries are mounted on the walls & hard to squeeze & after you do only a tiny amount comes out so you have to keep squeezing until you have a substantial amount.
Being on the ground floor there was noise when people upstairs are walking but glad they accommodated our request of ground floor so can't complain on that
Ice machine needs to give out more than a few pieces of ice.
Breakfast was just so.

The manager and staff refused to let's us have a roll away bed. They knew from our reservations itinerary that we had 3 adults in our group. They told us we had 2 beds, and they don't give roll away beds to rooms with 2 beds. All other Quality Inn we stayed at on previous trips furnished us with roll away beds. Breakfast was below expectations no hot food as eggs, sausages, etc. The sprinkler system sprinkled the side doors and sidewalks, blocking entrance and walkway. The establishment required a $100.00 safety or security deposit as assurance and not refundable until 5 business days. That is totally unacceptable and unheard of.

I really enjoyed the very kind front desk worker upon check-in. Very detailed and polite in my experience with any questions.
I liked cleanliness, space in the room, and availability for king suite. My daughter liked the sofa bed! Subway right across the street; coffee joints everywhere.
I think it was a great one night stay for us.

Very close proximity to the airport with a free shuttle
Breakfast left a lot to be desired. We were charged $15 to use a crib in our room for our daughter and it didn’t even come with a sheet. Reception never answered the phone and the hotel could definitely use some sprucing up.

Location is good. Just 5-10 min from airport.Shuttle service on time. Clear and comfortable bed. Breakfast options are very good. People are nice.
