Everything was perfect.
The pool, hot tub area looks terrible. Weeds coming through, looks abandoned!! If you are not having a pool anymore, that is fine. Make that patio look nice where guests can sit out,relax etc. Put in some nice landscaping there???

Check-in was fast, staff at check-in desk were friendly. Clean lobby. Room was very comfortable and clean. AC worked well. Check-out was fast too.
I mainly booked this property for the free airport shuttle and complimentary breakfast. I read online the shuttle was 24/7, but when I called to request a shuttle just before midnight, I was told the shuttle stopped running at 11. While checking in, I was required to pay a $250 cleaning/damage deposit, despite my confirmation email saying it would only be $100. Breakfast barely had any options: two juices, one cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, and little else. No protein, not even eggs. I ended up not getting anything and eating elsewhere. Public areas (hallways and breakfast area) felt like they had little to no AC.

This place is extremely dirty! We found the stain on the bedding, and there are beverage residue on the table

Room was fine; bed was comfortable and clean.
The parking lot is small, and most spots are reserved for those who have special memberships. For the few spots left for guests without membership privileges, there is no shade.
One problem I had: I paid the security deposit of $100 in cash, which I forgot to ask to get back when I checked out. When I realized that, I was already at my gate at the airport. I tried calling the hotel but no one answered--for over one hour. I finally did speak to a desk staff, and was told that they would send me a check. I asked for an email to verify, but have not received it.

Got ravaged by bed bugs while i was there. They showed up all over my body the day after I left. I came back to the hotel after realizing what happened. I was told I could not look in the room myself- they would call pest control. I gave them my name phone number and email and was told in the next couple days they would send me the report from pest control.
A week later I contact them, they did not know who I was or anything about the incident. After tracking down the right people they said the room was cleared. They did not have my contact info I gave them in person the week before.
Spend a little more money elsewhere for peace of mind, avoid this place
