Very Poor
Got ravaged by bed bugs while i was there. They showed up all over my body the day after I left. I came back to the hotel after realizing what happened. I was told I could not look in the room myself- they would call pest control. I gave them my name phone number and email and was told in the next couple days they would send me the report from pest control.
A week later I contact them, they did not know who I was or anything about the incident. After tracking down the right people they said the room was cleared. They did not have my contact info I gave them in person the week before.
Spend a little more money elsewhere for peace of mind, avoid this place

Very dated and need some refreshing. Room smelled bad, musty & dog pee.
Staff not very friendly and mixed up our reservation.

Disappointing
We had to change our own smoke detector battery and the staff didn’t care. The morning we left there was an upstairs window broken out and the staff said I will take a note.
The staff wasn’t the best and the breakfast was not good. The bread was hard and the milk was warm.

Close to the highway and really friendly staff
The lobby is under construction which changes the vibe of the space pretty quick. Paying full price for a hotel that’s in that condition is unacceptable in my opinion

Not a bad place to stay. The staff is friendly, rooms are comfortable. They even allow dogs!
To me, it had an odor in the halls and lobby. They don't have enough towels in the bathroom.
