It was very close to the airport which was very convenient for our flight out the next day. The staff was friendly.
The hotel is dated, and the room is small. I didn’t love that there is carpet in the room. The breakfast area was very small and super packed with people.

The manager is a scammer and deceived us out of our money. We booked and paid through Booking.com, including all the taxes. But upon check-in, they charged us an additional tax for the room — $35, even though the room itself cost $104. They also took a deposit. We no longer believe they will return it. Be careful.

The reception staff on Saturday morning needs to have more training in dealing with guests. I looked for accommodation because I was coming from the hospital for my chemotherapy and the woman that day treated me very badly because the day I arrived they gave me a room upstairs with my little dog. I understand that they have their rules but the way she did it by calling me out for something that is not my fault because I do not give out rooms in front of other guests who came to check in is not the right thing to do. I am sick and all I wanted was to rest in peace while I recovered.

Very clean and pet friendly.
The breakfast. Only choice for a hot meal was biscuits and gravy or cold items. No eggs. No bacon or sausage. When I asked the morning staff, they were not very helpful and a little abrupt. No cream for coffee.
