The bed smelled like bleach so I assumed it was somewhat clean
Room was dirty. Curtains looked like a dog chewed them up, no security lock on the door. I had to leave a $100 cash deposit at check in which i wasn't aware of. Totally in a horrible part of town. If it wasn't so late when I got there I would have went somewhere else!

It was dirty, blinds were torn, woke me up at 8:30 9:00 a.m. in the morning renovating other rooms above my room. The staff was not that helpful. And the pictures did not look like the room.
The bed was comfortable.

No soaps, paint peeling from everywhere, infested with flies, staff could not supply any extra blankets (the A/C appeared to be malfunctioning), ....

People partying loudly at 1am. Then a huge brawl broke out outside our room at 2:30am and lasted for an hour until the police showed up. We got be try little sleep.

I found the bed very comfortable, and the room was clean. It was quiet at night. I stayed three nights and never heard any of the other guests at night. The air conditioner worked well.
Although the room was clean, everything was very worn, and the elevator floor was almost scary. The room did not have an iron and ironing board and when I asked for one, there wasn't one available. The room could have used another plug. Where the mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker are, there were only two outlets. I used the clock on the microwave at night, so every morning I had to unplug the microwave to plug in the coffee maker. Then, at night I had to do the reverse and reset the time on the microwave. Also, it would have been nice to have had a small table next to the fridge--even a TV tray would have provided somewhere to set things.
