Nothing the people are rude. The room was dirty. They tried to charge me $100 for blinds that were broken when I went in there I even took pictures to show them as soon as they walk through the door that they were already broken and I’m not talking a little broken. The area didn’t seem very safe. Lots of people walking around in the parking lot.

I like the location, right in downtown and easy to navigate places you need to go.
I think the price for the room was excessive and I think asking for an additional $100 deposit at check in is overboard for the type motel it is. We got to our room, one of the beds was broken, a light switch in the bathroom was broken and the wiring/piece of metal of what used to be a switch was burnt like it’d caught sparks at some point (not safe to have people around) especially when it’s right next to an open shower.

The bed was comfy.
Room was dirty, there was a used piece of soap in the shower. The TV remote did not work and we never got a replacement after asking the front desk twice.

Close to my destination everyday. Easy parking. Washer and dryer on site. Friendly staff and helpful. The rooms are dated but clean and comfy.

Everything was ok, location was good, the beds and room could use some updates. However, i didn’t feel reel well after a few minutes . When i stepped outside for a minute, there was a cop with his k9 asking me if i scene someone run throught here. Not very good.
Be careful at check in, i didn’t see it, but there deposit is $100 cash, no card. So there is a machine you can with draw money from, but its almost $4. How many people do you know travel with cash?

The bed was very comfortable
The T.V remote didn't work. Sink was semi clogged and would fill up after running water for 20 seconds or so. Toilet flushing handle was broken. If one needed to flush toilet you had to take the lid off , reach down into the cold water and lift the rubber Stopper to flush.On top of that they asked for a $100.00
Deposit. When I went to check out I asked about recrediting the $100.00 they said they would do that after the Cleaning girls scrutinized the room. I paid upwards of $90.00 for this sad room. It was probably worth more like $25.00 to $30.00 . I will avoid this place in the future. There are way too many other options in and around Salt Lake City worth your consideration.

The bed was great, the room clean, the heater worked great.
When we got to our room we had no towels or washcloths, or anything to put on the floor to stand on after showering, & no soap. When I called the office asking them to bring us some, they said they couldn't leave the office. My husband went down to get them and asked for hand soap. The desk clerk didn't know what hand soap was. We thought that a bit strange. She gave him towels, but no washcloths.
The people on either side of us were having a party and it was so noisy we couldn't sleep.

Facility is dirty and needs exterior updates and painting. Trash was exposed in carts in corners and in elevator. Place smelled like deodorizer.
