They charged me $40 for a top sheet that got some lipstick on it! Outrageous! Especially when I KNOW they'll wash and re use it anyway! Crooks.

Very good price. Easy check-in and check-out.
Lot of mold in the bathroom. Bathroom (310) did not contain a vent fan which is probably why. Tried to have window open for every shower but that is not enough and clearly not every guest did this. Keycard reader on room door slow to let me in

Do not give this hotel cash deposit. Hotel released my 100 cash deposit to a person who is no way affiliated with my room and they did not require ID. They couldnt even tell me who the person was that took the money or picked it up. VERY SHADY

Filed a complaint with https://db.dcp.utah.gov/complaints.html against them. It was really bad. Literally had to find another place to stay cuz not safe. i feel this place is not safe and someone will get hurt by their negligence. See y elp reviews

There was nothing I liked about this hotel
The elevator was not working the room had a smell in it. The carpet was filthy. The front desk person had a nasty attitude. Which resulted to me calling the police on the front desk clerk I will never ever visit that place again

The only good thing about the place is not the place but the location
Room was dirty bar soap open and used in the shower , the front desk didnt let me pay the deposit with my card he wanted $100 cash and why ? So they can steal my money by saying the towels are not washable and they didnt want to let me see them

Rooms were small but very efficient and remodeled. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job every day.
It was farther from the convention center than advertised. The outside of the building was but elevator did not have safety checklist. The area is a bit rundown, but I would stay again if necessary.

Disappointing
My husband loved the bed - tempurpedic - that was his favorite thing about the room. I loved the bathroom mirror, never seen one like it and didn't take long to defrost (has a defrost button).
We like to book rooms with complimentary breakfast but they had a paper saying no complimentary breakfast. The paint in the shower was pealed off and darken in color, we decided not to shower and the coffee pot was in the Bathroom next to the toilet.

Concergie wasnt helpful w/uncertain attitude. Never had hotel deal in cash for incidentals. Dirty washcloth, hole shower no shower plug.
