The location is the only thing I like. It was overall a terrible stay, and I'm was charged twice. It has been a nightmare to get reimbursed, they refuse.

Classy and comfortable
Just a miss by housecleaning bc your computer system couldn’t connect my two reservations and somehow we got missed by housecleaning. We asked at five pm btwn night one and two. They came but this was not up to the standards I expect. I use this Salt Lake stop to nurture myself, to be looked after. I brought my partner. A little disappointed.

Close to metro to go up to town centre. Facilities were good. Kids enjoyed the pool.
Would have been lovely to have free bottled water like alot of the places and breakfast included

The hotel location is great and easy to access. The staff make this place amazing, welcoming, and relaxing. Valet parking staff excelled at their job. The room itself was clean and beautiful. No one will regret staying here. I do recommend this location.
I was charged the full amount and assured that it would be refunded to the amount that I was told I would pay when booking. So far, this has not happened. Some upkeep needs to be performed, such as wallpaper bubbling above the window area, scratched baseboards in the bathroom, and chipped/peeled paint by the shower. I only mention the maintenance because the price per room is higher, so expectations are higher.
