The location is good for being near the salt palace.
There are NO room number signs as you exit the elevators and carpeted long hallways and stairs make it difficult to navigate with luggage.

Good location. Loved the underground parking. The restaurant was lovely. Our room was great.
We went to the pool in the evening to cool off. We had some carryout food with us and were eating it at a table. Half way through the meal we were told to leave. You could only eat hotel food at the pool! We watched others being told to leave too. A family with a pizza, some others with drinks. That’s all the staff cared about. It was ridiculous. A truly lovely evening was ruined.

Staff was very kind about fixing a room mixup.
The area where Little America is located in Salt Lake has gone down hill. We don’t enjoy coming to the city anymore as it has taken on a different vibe that no longer feels friendly..

The room was what i expected.
Bait and switch pricing. The property was sorted to the top of the list on Booking.com, but at check-in, it was revealed the price was twice what was quoted, plus $18 per night for parking. I was surprised on both counts. I will not use Booking.com again. There are other properties in SLC that I would have chosen if I had known the actual price. Shame on you, booking.com

Room was large and clean, easy to use space with a small child. Came with a small fridge and microwave, which was convenient for prepping food. Staff was very accommodating and helpful - being able to borrow a pack 'n play from the hotel was a life saver!
For the quality of the room, I was surprised at how much noise came through the door from the hallway.
