The hotel's location is excellent. The hotel is very easy to reach. The hotel has extensive facilities, including two swimming pools—one outdoor and one indoor. Beautiful reception area, quick and efficient welcome.
When checking in, I asked to be assigned a room in the main building. Unfortunately, the hotel did not accept my request and did not assign me the room I asked for. Also, when I asked about the cost of breakfast, it turned out that the price was significantly higher than that of competitors.

Clean room and property.
Room was next to busy road/intersection. Very noisy area with loud vehicles passing throughout the night.

I love little America rooms, facility, and staff.
We haven’t been there in 20 years, but they charge for parking now. If I pay over 500$ to stay there parking should not be an additional cost. That is tacky. Plus, they give parking vouchers to buffet attendees and we ate at buffets 3 times, but they said the parking validation doesn’t count for guests.

Wonderful service, beautiful room, lovely view, and quiet despite the location and busy hotel. The attendant at the front desk was really friendly, accommodating and happy for us to be celebrating our anniversary there. We absolutely love Lucky H restaurant, especially the Surf and Turf buffet. The Coffee Shop was great. It was so nice to not have to leave the property to eat delicious food. The gift shop is great as well. We loved the live piano music also.
I should have asked for cotton stuffed pillows rather than using the down. The pool and hot tubs were really crowded. The 2 hot tubs were full of little kids.
