I liked that the indoor pool and spa was available , however there were no towels available. Enjoyed the pool.
Breakfast was very minimal. choice of one fruit, apple. They did have make your own waffle, cereal, (not sure of choices) and toast. Scrambled eggs and sausage on one day . No yogurt or hard boiled eggs or any kind of pastry. Is it a deal breaker, I'm not sure. I travel to Salt Lake frequently to visit family and always stay in a hotel near the airport. Also, I had a do not disturb sign on door and maid still came in. Fresh towels but she took the bar of soap I was using.
Times need to be posted for airport shuttle. don't know why but the clerk took one couple in his car. I later saw them at the airport, their flight left the same time mine did.

Coco, the night desk clerk, was so very friendly & helpful! When I checked in, she was heading upstairs to help another guest and offered to take up two of my bags! Then, when I wandered down in the middle of the night hungry, she gave me some extra snacks left behind by airline crews. She is a great asset to your team!
The room card readers were really finnicky & it took several tries each time to let me in.
Also, I wish you had a bench outside so I could sit while waiting for the airport shuttle.
Finally, the room needed another light source - especially by the desk.

Looked like a nice property, but when I arrived, they told me that my reservation had been canceled and there was nothing that they could do about it. Give me no explanation. It was a sold out weekend in Salt Lake City, Utah and I ended up sleeping in my pick up for the night.
The girl at the front desk was of no help other than she said my reservation had been canceled and that I did not have a room and they did not have one for me to stay in for the night so I stayed in my vehicle that night

The issues I encountered were as follows:
• The room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard upon check-in.
• Water was logging in the washbasin, indicating a drainage issue that was left unaddressed.
• The bathtub was visibly unclean and had not been properly sanitized.
• Bath liquid soap was not provided in the room.
What made this experience significantly worse was that despite raising a formal complaint with your staff, none of these issues were resolved. No follow-up was made, and the room remained in the same unsatisfactory condition.

The proximity to the airport and my work destination.
The lack of amenities. The room was bare/naked. Not the same as previous La Quinta stays. The tub still had resin from the original mat. Having to get the room re-keyed on day two.

Very clean and the staff was super accommodating. We were able to leave our car for a week while on vacation in the Caribbean.
Nothing-it met our needs for a one night stay.
