Proximity to airport, price, option to park there instead of long-term airport parking, free airport shuttle with personable driver
A bit run down, but renovations/construction currently taking place, so double check before your stay.
Definitely confirm with staff about shuttle details. While it states on the website & is posted AT THE FRONT DESK that it runs every 45 minutes, we waited outside the airport for over an hour in 46 degree weather only to be told in a phone call that you have to call for the shuttle. Thank you, Justin the Manager, for NOT taking accountability but passing it onto “third party” error.

NIce staff allowed an early check-in. Great pool ! Super location.
The WiFi was not working for my entire stay. The room phone also did not work when I tried calling the front desk. The staff explained that the WiFi technician could not fix the problem and so the phones and WiFi did not work, If I had been a business traveler, this might have been a game changer, but fortunately it was only a minor inconvenience.

We arrived late as we were just traveling through. My husband jokingly asked for one of the newly remodeled rooms. Front desk wasn't able to accommodate, but gave us a room far away from any noise. It was an upgrade to a mini suite. It was a lovely room!
Breakfast was good. Sausage and eggs as well as the usual bagels, cereal, etc.

The manager Ernesto went above and beyond to try and make our room situation right on his day off. He was not able to help us with a room that we had booked, but was able to get us a discount to make up for the inconvenience. Also, I liked that we were able to go to the hot tub at any time as long as we were quiet as we didn't get in until late.
I had booked a two night stay. My room was downgraded from a king without telling me because they were overbooked and I drew the short straw apparently. I was given a double full bed room. My husband and I slept badly because the bed was so small. We had to take what they had or go somewhere else in the middle of the night..and they could not move us into something the next day, which we did not know until almost 4:00 the next day, so we didn't find a different hotel with the expectation that we would be moved. Also, they started knocking on our door and tried to walk in at 9am. We had a late night and did not expect knocking and people trying to come in where checkout was not until 12. We had stayed in this hotel before and thought it was a reliable brand. We were disappointed and will not return.

The guy at the front desk when we arrived was very helpful and answered all my questions about shuttle service to the airport. The room was adequate and clean.
It seems like an old hotel...kind of dark and old carpet. It definitely needs renovation. There is only one outlet by the night stand separating the two beds.....no usb plugs at all. There is no alarm clock in the room. Breakfast was subpar.
