We needed an overnight room before leaving very early the next morning for a road trip. Airport Shuttle was so convenient, room was comfortable. Friendly front desk. Easy to get to the highway by car.
There wasn’t anything to dislike. If you’re staying longer, you need a car to get to anything. It is truly an airport hotel - nothing is nearby for walking.

The musty smell, dirty carpet, dirty toilet. Things broken and hallway carpet with really bad stains. The elevator looked like it had never been cleaned.

I was sent a message from the hotel saying my stay was canceled because I hadn’t complete the pre arrival checkin when in fact when I called regarding my one night stay being canceled it was actually related to the hotel being flooded! There was no options given to me to replace my one night stay!!

I booked a night at La Quinta through booking.com and reserved a room by paying upfront using Apple Pay. When I arrived there, I was told that a large tour bus of “Asian people” arrived earlier and booked the last of the remaining rooms. I asked for a refund and was told that this would have to be something that I’d have to contact booking.com for. I spent the next hour waiting on the customer service line and even using the time to simultaneously message customer service using the app. I then still had to book another hotel using my money despite contacting customer service for a refund. I still haven’t received my money back.

Breakfast was pretty gross. Standard motel breakfast. Fake meats and eggs. I did not partake.
Fake food.
Also, when I flew back to SLC, the motel would not answer their phone. I called 4 times. Nothing. I had to get a cab.
