Justin (manager) was friendly and helpful especially with free shuttle and morning breakfast! Hotel was experiencing phone issues; provided personal number to assure we were picked up @ SLC Airport. Most of room appeared newly refurbished, reasonably priced, clean and bathroom was bright with lots of counter space.

The fact that I got charged twice for a 2 night stay, 2 days after check out. Because I was still in the Salt Lake City Area, I drove to the motel ( wiley point road) to clear it up.
I left, and a 1/2 later received a welcome email
( for my stay 2 days prior)
Again, that I already checked out from.
Drove back to motel property ( again )
I was told that the internet was down , and it would be taken care of.
I had to leave town, and I'm still waiting for the charge to come off my account...

it's rather nice, and there very accommodating. Just make sure to call a head if you have a pet, and their happy to help make sure you get a pet friendly room.

No places to eat nearby. Lady on evening shift wouldn’t look at customers and didn’t answer the phone for airport pickup

They have friendly staff during the day and the spa is a nice way to unwind
The pool was dirty, the night staff were rude and mean and the rooms were old. Breakfast was a large variety but nothing much hot food.

Front desk sweet lady
Went to enter my room just to walk into another family already in the room that was reserved for me. Wasn’t offered an upgrade nor any complimentary for this mistake on the hotel end. Then the room I finally get I wake up next morning just to notice blood all over the sheets I slept in. Took pictures for record and I can’t believe they reuse sheets with blood on it. Terrible and mind blowing no comps no accountability nothing.
