The room, and the hotel in general, was very clean.
The room has some minute maintenance issues that should be attended to: the front of the HVAC unit was pulled away from the body but it worked properly. Some of the trim in the shower and bathroom needs repair but didn't affect the functionality.

Absolutely nothing.
The first room I was given had not been cleaned. The second room I was given had vomit in the only chair, and cockroaches in the shower. Left without staying, paying for another hotel. Honestly not sure I will use booking.com ever again.

Clean, close to airport.
I messaged about a week before arrival inquiring about parking there and taking the shuttle to the airport. The response was that they would tell me where to park when we get there. Upon check in around 4:30 pm, the desk clerk said they were all sold out. I wished they had told me if I had to reserve a spot! Also no clean towels at pool

Not much. The person working te front desk, I think, was pleasant and doing her best as a replacement of the hotel.
I chose it partly because of its proximity to the airport and that they have a shuttle.
The shuttle was not available for my trips to or from the airport. I had to use Lyft on my own dime(which was outrageous for a less than 2 mile trip). The entire place while not awful, feels in need of an update.

I liked the look and layout if the hotel. It smelled very nice and comfortable. Free shuttle to airport was very useful for catching the train into the city.
The bathroom was a little outdated but not a big concern

That place is a wreck. Shower was totally screwed up. I turned the tv on and had to pay for Netflix? Everything is antiquated. Breakfast was nasty! I had been in the hospital because my son was there. I was exhausted or I would have handed my entry card back and got another place to stay. I have never said this to any other hotel motel. Not my thing. I have stayed 4 times around the SLC airport and they have all been great. But not this one. You asked, I didn’t request this.

A lot of unexpected charges when you arrive that they didn’t inform you about earlier. Payed $100 more in charges for one night that I wasn’t aware, would have gone for a nicer hotel if I had known.
