The lobby and lounge area are lovely. We chose this hotel because it is dog friendly. They had water bowls in the lobby and dog cookies.
The TVs in the rooms only offer cable channels - no smart tv access. We were hoping there would be 2 sitting chairs in a ‘king deluxe room’ but there was just a small desk and a chair at that. The ‘city view’ was upsold as something worth paying extra for but the view was pretty average. I have stayed here before many years ago and had forgotten that the rooms are quite small The elevators are hardwood floored which dogs find scary.

I love about staying at this specific hotel in SLC while I am in town because of how friendly, accommodating and luxurious everyone makes me feel. I love how the staff conducts themselves. Even the younger staff members were very professional and acted very polished
