Room was a good size and the complimentary breakfast was nice. Also very easy check out since we left on the earlier side to make our flight.
Called twice about an earlier check in due to a flight change. Instead of getting there for 1:30 PM, we arrived 1:30 AM. First phone call I was told not to worry about a charge. Second phone call I was told it would be an early check in fee. When we arrived I was initially told I couldn’t check in, even though I was told earlier in the day that our room was ready. Concierge continued on about how there was new staff and they shouldn’t have told me that. Completely unprofessional in my opinion. Then I was charged for a full night. Lastly, everyone was under the impression we were checking out on the 6th when my booking was until the 7th so our room keys were deactivated and we were interrupted twice by cleaning staff about how they had us listed as a check out.

Disappointing
Good private parking.
Found 5 big cut fingernails under the table. Just no. No way. If they did not bother to vacuum there what else did they miss?? Breakfast table very dirty. No staff around. Cleanless is a major problem here. We will not be returning.

Wonderful
The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of four with two children. It was quiet. Well air conditioned. We enjoyed the pool. The breakfast provisions were good too. The property was well located.
I thought the staff could have been a little friendlier.

Great location! Easy walk to temple square and easy drive to great restaurants.
Room was a great size with 2 very comfortable queens and a great sofa bed!
Breakfast was very nice, well stocked and was slightly different each morning
Gym was great and the pool and hot tub looked lovely- ran out of time to use them!
Staff were very friendly
No complementary coffee/tea in the lobby. Staff hadn’t been trained to use the espresso machine so couldn’t order at the bar either.

This place is so QUIET. There was a screeching baby somewhere but it was tough to hear (only when I was in the room in complete silence). These rooms are super quiet.
A very minor and picky thing –– there was something sharp under the fridge cabinet, so when my partner went to open the fridge door, he scraped his finger.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was pretty modern and very clean. The breakfast was good.
Our bathroom was dark and was a bit outdated. I don't love that I had to pay extra for parking, considering the nightly rate for this place.
