Clean and we had a very nice king room with sofa. Nice view of the city and mountains beyond.
Too close to highways/roads. Could hear the road noise. Restaurant for dinner was not much.

got dirty room , force to chang room, then ac didn't work , bed mattress has deformation have to sleep upside down

Clean. Very friendly staff.
For a luxury hotel there are 2 things you need to upgrade absolutely.
1. You need USB ports in lamps and wall plugs.
2. Desperately need to upgrade the TV. Although nice that you provide HBO, it is not as popular. You really need to give access to streaming services. Most people have some and we could log in with our credentials . I guess I was disappointed in that. You have a reputation for class but these 2 things do not meet that standard.
