Nice rooms! Very spacious and accommodating. Location to the airport was perfect. Staff was very friendly!
I couldn’t find a parking space. The lot was full. I thought that was weird, especially when parking isn’t free. I wish there was a hot tub. It was just a pool. And I couldn’t adjust the thermostat for the blower to a fan or cool. It was heat only.

I liked the location.
*Note enough convenient charging ports
*breakfast should include a more convenient "grab-and-go" option.
*At the "restaurant" I specifically asked if things were made on site and not just heated. "Yes" was the reply. Very disappointed to get a soggy frozen pizza.

Hotel was good
I have been charged twice.Once in USD and once in AUD so converted to USD.It makes the amounts slightly different.I imagine the hotel received these 2 payments but they were unwilling to investigate.Booking.com keep asking for paperwork.The double up is so obvious.I had a similar situation with LA Hilton.One phone call and it was instantly resolved.Very frustrated.
