Went to Salt Lake City for a couple of days. I was able to walk to all the venues I needed to be. Hyatt House Downtown SLC was clean and comfortable.

The neighborhood is pleasantly quiet, and I was warmly welcomed by the reception on Saturday afternoon. The room, including the bathroom, was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice, and I really liked the yogurt with the wild-berry compote. The hotel did not feel like a hotel, but more like a home to me in the middle of the November breeze.

Location is very good with a lot of shops and restaurants within walkable distance. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Rooms are only cleaned via housekeeping every other day and even then my bedding wasn't replaced/made. Breakfast is only served for a 2 hour time slot 7am to 9am on certain weekdays which caught me off guard and I had to end up ordering breakfast for myself from outside. Also the breakfast variety is not that extensive compared to other hotel breakfast buffets.

Perfect location just across the street from Delta Center, friendly staff, awesome breakfasts. I was in SLC to see few NBA games and this was absolutely perfect place for that. Highly recommended.
It seemed that WiFi connection was time based and when the device was disconnected it took a while before it was possible to connect to WiFi again. In the end I got data eSIM to cover "off" periods.
